If you cannot attend the symposium, you may transfer your registration to another attendee or request a refund.

To Transfer Registration: No fee will be assessed with the original registrant for transfers of registration to another attendee. Transfers can only be made if requested on or before September 13, 2024, 10 days prior to the first day of the symposium. Please contact the CCPOA Planning Committee at [email protected] with the replacement’s full name, agency, agency address, email and phone number.

To Request a Refund: There will be no penalty for cancellations received on or before August 24, 2024, 30 days prior to the first day of the symposium. The full amount will be granted.

A cancellation fee of 50% of registration cost will be applied for cancellations received between August 25 – September 13, 2024, (29 to 10 days prior to the first day of the symposium).

No refund will be issued for cancellations received after September 13, 2024, 10 days before the first day of the annual symposium.
